Please Note:  The SPHERE Self Administered Program Inventories can be used by individual providers and organizations to plan their integration activities. The Inventories give providers and organizations a chance to:

  • Identify what activities you’ve already put into place
  • Name and prioritize opportunities to advance and increase your efforts.

When using the Inventories, follow these easy directions:

  1. Go through the checklist you've chosen, check in the appropriate column any service that you/your program already offers.
  2. Take a moment to review – and celebrate - the area(s) that you have “checked”.
  3. Now review the activities that do not have checks. These are your opportunities for action. Identify one or two activities that you could achieve in the short-term (maybe in the next two weeks).

This inventory can be used to monitor your/your organization's progress and plan future activities.

Feel free to contact us for technical support on completing the inventory and taking action on it!
