Resources

SPHERE provides your staff with access to specialized materials that enhance their efforts to integrate HIV-related education, prevention, and services. These tools are easy to use and help to facilitate HIV and Hepatitis C integration. SPHERE also develops engaging resources to share with clients, patients and program participants. These tools can be used in a variety of health and human service settings.

Some of these resources can be downloaded electronically, others will be mailed. Our intention is to make these resources - often available online - more accessible to interested individuals and to offer you an opportunity to review materials and websites of interest. The tool provides facts that justify discussion on certain topics, open-ended questions on those topics and a space for notes. An interactive tool designed to be used by counselors and clients/patients to determine what stage an individual may be in regarding a behavior change, to share the vocabulary of stages of change theory and to visualize the support needed to make a change. Self Assessment Ruler

SPHERE Card Game – An interactive card game to help participants distinguish between facts, opinions and beliefs on a range of HIV-related topics.
