SPHERE has developed provider tools to support conversations on viral hepatitis with your clients/patients and/or program participants.  These providers tools are available to download for free.  Click here to request these tools and resources.

Here is a list of the types of tools we have available to help you integrate hepatitis conversations into your work.

  • SPHERE Cue Cards: The size of an index card, cue cards list five easy tips on how to integrate viral hepatitis into your work on one side.  On the reverse side, there are five quick facts that help you to support your clients/patients and program participants around different hepatitis related topics. Currently, SPHERE Hepatitis cue cards are available in English only.
    Hepatitis related topics available in cue cards are:

    • About the Hepatitis A & B Vaccine

  • SPHERE Stop Hepatitis A & B Poster: 8.5x11 poster with simple direct message, encouraging individuals to ask their counselor about getting vaccinated.
  • SPHERE Conversation Starter Posters on Hepatitis C:  Posters are 8.5 X 11  and are designed to be posted in offices and reception areas to start and support discussions on Hepatitis C and liver health.  Posters can be downloaded and printed on different color paper.   SPHERE's Hepatitis conversation starter posters are available in English.  
  • SPHERE Conversation Starter Posters on Hepatitis Vacination: Posters are 8.5 X 11 and are designed to be posted in offices and reception areas to start and support discussions on hepatitis vaccination and liver health. Posters can be downloaded and printed on different color paper.   SPHERE's Hepatitis Vaccination conversation starter posters are available in English.  
  • SPHERE HIV and Hepatitis Risk Assessment Tool:  An innovative, practical an engaging instrument that focuses on the risk assessment conversation, offers strategies for staff to facilitate the process, and suggests a sequence of topics to follow. The tool provides facts that justify discussion on certain topics, open-ended questions on those topics and space for notes.
  • SPHERE Program Inventory/Self-Assessment on Hepatitis C:  As easy-to-use tool to identify specific suggested activities that your program may already have in place, prioritize action steps and consider other activities.

  • SPHERE Program Inventory/Self-Assessment on Hepatitis Vaccination:  As easy-to-use tool to identify specific suggested activities that your program may already have in place, prioritize action steps and consider other activities.
  • SPHERE Conversation Starter Stickers on Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B Vaccination:  Stickers can be used to inspire conversation and discussion on hepatitis vaccination.  Stickers are not available to download.  They are mailed to you via USPS.  Stickers read: STOP Hepatitis A & B, Get Vaccinated.
