SPHERE Facilitator's Guide and Answer Key: Card Games for Clients

As a way of introducing a new subject, SPHERE trainers routinely incorporate a card game at the beginning of trainings. In our trainings, the card game activity serves many purposes. For years, SPHERE training participants have asked us to make the card game available for their use.

By itself, however, the card game’s usefulness is limited.  A key factor in making the card game a meaningful activity is effective facilitation of discussion on the card statements. These versions of the card game - and their Facilitator Guides - are for use as an educational activity with clients, program participants or community members.
