Our FREE capacity-building services for BSAS-funded drug and alcohol treatment programs in Massachusetts include:

Populations Served by SPHERE:


SPHERE’s services build the capacity of health and human service providers to integrate HIV, viral hepatitis, overdose prevention and harm reduction education, assessment, prevention and services into their work. We’ve worked with providers from the following settings:

  • Drug and alcohol treatment programs;
  • Outreach programs;
  • Needle exchange programs;
  • HIV/AIDS services organizations;
  • Community health centers;
  • Corrections;
  • Government agencies; and
  • Family planning clinics
