Onsite Training at Your Program: Team Building for HIV Integration

SH/HIP provides homeless shelters in Massachusetts with free onsite training for staff. These trainings are both a learning opportunity and a chance for staff to come together to consider the challenges and strengths they face when applying the training’s content into their work.

Our trainings increase participants’ knowledge, skill and comfort in discussing HIV and providing HIV-related support to people who are homeless.

To meet your needs, the Onsite Training Program for staff is delivered in three parts:

  1. HIV Review
  2. Getting Comfortable Having Conversations about HIV Risk & Risk Reduction
  3. Making Supported Referrals

To find out more about these trainings, get our training brochure.
