Evaluation Translates to Technical Assistance

SH/HIP is committed to evaluation and reflection as essential to our program development. Evaluation supports our growing knowledge of the needs of homeless service providers.

Our evaluation services include:

• Service or Resource Surveys - Programs may be asked to participate in surveys of specific services. These surveys help us understand shelter needs around HIV integration and the effectiveness of our efforts to meet them. 
• Training Evaluations - Every training SH/HIP offers has an easy-to-use evaluation. Evaluation results tell us if the training was effective and also direct follow-up and technical assistance activities.
• Training Evaluation Reports – We provide all programs that receive onsite training with a Training Evaluation Report. These Reports identify areas for ongoing technical support and staff training.
