The HIV/AIDS Service Coordination Collaboratives is a network of providers and consumers working together to strengthen and improve the constellation of services available to people living with HIV/AIDS in Southeastern Massachusetts.

   

Our goals are to:

  • Improve referral networks
  • Build referral capacity
  • Identify and address service gaps and barriers in the HIV service system in the area
  • Reduce service duplication
  • Improve the delivery of HIV-related services in the area
  • Support consumers in moving from one service to another as needed

Our members include:

  • Consumers in the region living with HIV/AIDS
  • HIV/AIDS service providers funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health HIV/AIDS Bureau
  • Other providers serving people living with HIV/AIDS who share the goals of the SCC
