Description: This training gives participants the information they need to incorporate overdose prevention messages into their work with program participants. The training outlines overdose risk factors and risk reduction measures. Signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose are described, as are the ways to respond to the crisis. Training participants have an opportunity to discuss challenges and strategies to incorporating this information into their work.
