Health Care's administrative offices are located in Brockton where its Information Technology, Human Resources, and Strategic Planning and Communications staff function.  Throughout the state and region, Health Care operates its nearly forty programs out of three divisions: the Division of Reproductive Health Services; the Division of Family Health Services; and the Division of Prevention & Community Services.

Division of Reproductive Health Services
Health Care provides comprehensive reproductive health services and community-based sexuality education for families throughout the southeast region.  Health Care is committed to providing confidential, affordable, and accessible reproductive health services as well as promoting and ensuring health care rights, based on the unique needs of the individuals and communities it serves.

Division of Family Health Services
The Family Health Services Division provides family home visiting including parenting education and case management, comprehensive WIC nutrition services, domestic violence and sexual assault survivor services, adolescent health and wellness, and smoking cessation.

Division of Prevention & Community Services
The Division of Prevention and Community Services assists professionals, community residents, and coalitions to conceive, create, deliver, and enhance services that promote healthy communities, populations, and individuals. Services include coalition and organizational development, community organizing, education and training, curriculum and materials development, access to resources and health-related data, and survey design and analysis, among others.  Health promotion education topics include sexuality, teen pregnancy, HIV, substance abuse, suicide prevention, and other current topics. Skill building areas include coalition development, policy development, cultural competence, supporting and working with gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth, and harm reduction. All education, training and technical assistance services are customized to meet unique client needs. While many services are provided to particular audiences free-of-charge through public funding and private grants, all services are also available on a fee-for-service basis.  The Division of Prevention and Community Services has worked with client organizations throughout the country.
