Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Requests

Refund requests need to be made in writing by e-mail and sent to online-ed@healthimperatives.org. There will be a $10.00 processing fee for all refunds.

  1. For single-session training: refund requests will be honored until two working days prior to the opening of the course.
  2. For multi-part training: refund requests will be honored until the posting of the second lesson, after which time there will be no refunds.

Registration Cancellation

You will receive initial confirmation as soon as your registration is received. If you have registered for a class but change your mind about taking it before submitting payment, please cancel your registration by e-mail at your earliest convenience. You can send your registration cancellation by e-mail to: online-ed@healthimperatives.org.
