Instructor Profiles Mindy Domb is the Program Director for SPHERE, a program of Health Care of Southeastern Massachusetts, Inc. With SPHERE, she has overseen the development of the Harm Reduction Integration Initiative and a variety of harm reduction resources for health and human service providers. She served as the Technical Advisor to the federally-funded Kaleidoscope of Care TOT program and developed its harm reduction curriculum. Mindy has been involved with HIV education, program planning and community outreach as a congressional aide, community organizer, trainer and health educator. For 23 years, she has consulted on the development and implementation of innovative education programs for individuals in jail; drug and alcohol treatment providers; homeless shelter workers; youth workers and educators; health and human service workers, school personnel; and local boards of health. For information, email Ms. Domb at mdomb@hcsm.org. Jim Hogan Jim Hogan is SPHERE's Senior Training Specialist and has been with the Project since 2000. Jim has presented numerous workshops for drug and alcohol treatment providers in Massachusetts and nationally. He is on the national faculty of the HRSA-funded training program “A Kaleidoscope of Care.” He has worked in the substance abuse field for 23 years, providing training, prevention, intervention and treatment services to adults and youth.
