About HCSM
The HCSM Online Education Center is a program of Health Care of Southeastern Massachusetts, Inc.
(HCSM), a nonprofit health and human service organization that has been serving communities in
Massachusetts since 1976. In almost three decades the organization has grown from a small family
planning clinic in Brockton, MA to one of the largest health and human service agencies in the
New England region. In addition, HCSM’s capacity-building trainings, resources and technical
assistance services have been provided to organizations and government agencies throughout the
country.

Welcome to HCSM's Online Education Center
Our online courses offer valuable information and training exercises in an easy-to-use format
designed to improve your ability to serve your clients while meeting your continuing education
requirements. To make the most effective use of current technology, we take learning methods
proven effective in years of classroom experience and translate them into web-based training
modules and activities. These classes will build upon your experience in the field and spark
your creativity to help you develop new ideas and strategies. During your course, you will have the
opportunity to learn from both our expert faculty and your peers in the field.
