Training/Technical Assistance

Application for On-Site Training
    Training sites will be selected based on the following criteria:
  1. Your school or agency must bring together 12-25 participants representing school or community-based agency staff in a variety of positions; within each youth-serving institution;
  2. Your school or agency can accommodate the training on-site or at a nearby location;
  3. Your school or agency can commit to a minimum of 2 hours for a training session;
  4. Your school or agency participates in the technical assistance process and developing and implementing an action plan.

The GLBT Youth Support Project Mission
To ensure safe and supportive communities for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning (GLBTQ) youth. The GLBT Youth Support Project provides training and on-going support for educators and health and human service providers to assist them in implementing welcoming and appropriate programs, policies, and services for these young people and their families.
