All services are provided by licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and a professionally trained counseling staff. Bilingual staff provide services in Spanish and Portuguese.

Cost is based on a sliding fee scale according to family size and income.  Medicaid/MassHealth, BMC Boston Health Net, Network Health, Tufts, and Children's Medical Insurances are accepted.  Health Care's family planning program is supported by Federal and state funds, patient fees, and donations.  No one is denied services because of inability to pay.

Community-Based Services
We offer education programs for schools, community groups and agencies.  Topics include: Pregnancy Prevention, HIV/STD Prevention, Sexuality and other Reproductive Health Issues.

*Free HIV Testing

Testing is done Monday thru Friday. To receive free confidential and anonymous HIV testing you must be 13 years of age or older. All testing is done by appointment only. We offer rapid testing and two week testing. Testing is completely confidential.
