The Division of Family Health Services works toward assuring that the agency’s mission of supporting families to reach optimal health and well being is achieved. Individuals are empowered to build on their strengths and develop the knowledge and self-esteem that enhances a healthy life. Services are provided by culturally competent staff across multiple sites on the South Shore and Southeastern region of Massachusetts.  Individual programs are co-located whenever possible and communication across programs is emphasized in order to assure efficient and meaningful services for families.

The Family Health Services Division provides family home visiting including parenting education and case management, comprehensive WIC services, domestic violence and sexual assault survivor services, adolescent health and wellness, and smoking cessation.
