Project Sticker Shock is an enforcement strategy that targets people over age 21 that may consider purchasing alcohol and providing it to minors. 

Project Sticker Shock consists of young people, with an adult chaperone, placing stickers on multi-packs of alcoholic berverages at liquor stores. The stickers read, "Providing alcohol to a person under 21 is illegal!"

Why focus on Alcohol? Alcohol is the most widely used drug among youth, more than all illegal drugs combined, and is associated with a host of risk behaviors: violence, substance use, school-drop out rates, teen pregnancy, delinquency, depression and anxiety.
